基于VC的高速动车组温升计算软件开发

     

摘要

国内高速动车组对可靠性技术要求越来越高,系统关键设备的温升直接影响动车组的长期可靠性,研究温升问题具有重要意义。笔者介绍了基于VC++6.0开发的高速动车组温升计算软件,该软件采用嵌入式系统完成信号采集,采用以太网和socket完成服务器端与客户端之间的网络通信和数据传输,通过建立4QC整流器、逆变器、牵引电机和变压器的热模型最终实现了软件的温升实时计算和波形显示。实验结果表明,该软件界面简洁,操作简便,为高速动车组仿真系统提供了良好的温升模拟环境。%As the High Speed EMU's technical requirements on reliability are increasing and the temperature rise of the key equipment in system affects the long-time reliability of EMU,it is very significant to research the temperature rise problem.This paper presents a temperature rise calculation software based on VC++6.0.The software adopts the embedded system to complete the data acquisition,the industrial Ethernet and socket to complete the network communication and data transmission,achieves the real-time temperature rise calculation and display ultimately by establishing the thermal simulation model of 4QC rectifier,inverter,traction motor and transformer.Experiment shows that the interface of software is concise and the operation is simple,providing good temperature rise simulation environment for High Speed EMU's simulation system.
