KAX-1型车载安全监测诊断系统应用研究

             

摘要

In order to ensure the traffic safety of China's railway passenger train traffic safety, all of China's new railway passenger trains loaded used the KAX-1 passenger train traffic safety monitoring and diagnosis system, hardware composition and characteristic of paper-board safety monitoring system diagnosis, wireless communications and ground-based data management and experts was analyzed and researched, and the train detection system foundation brakes, bogies, the basic principles of anti-skid device were carried out a detailed analysis and research; the whole system used a more advanced and mature technology, and applied software and hardware reliability design, function-level monitor calibration-free sensor nodes were in maintenance-free; ground-expert system database and data archiving, query, diagnostics, networking capabilities provides a vehicle application management, dynamic quality of the control of information technology platform for the vehicle application and management department; after the system put into use, it greatly increased rail passenger train traffic safety, the correct rate of judging failure is over 95%, it has great development prospects in the aspect of train traffic safety, it is widely popularized to use.%为了确保我国铁路旅客列车的行车安全,在列车上全部装载使用了新型KAX-1旅客列车行车安全监测诊断系统,对系统的车栽安全监测诊断、无线通信和地面数据管理与专家等3个硬件子系统的硬件组成及特点进行了分析与研究,并时检测系统的列车基础制动装置、转向架、防滑器的基本原理进行了详细的分析与研究;整个系统采用了较为先进成熟的技术,应用软硬件可靠性设计,功能级监测节点的传感器免标定免维护;地面数据库与专家系统的数据存档、查询、诊断、联网功能为车辆应用和管理部门提供了一个车辆应用管理、动态质量控制的信息化技术平台:系统投入使用后,大大提高了铁路旅客列车的行车安全,判断故障的正确率在95%以上,在我国铁路行车安全方面有很大的发展前景.大力推广使用.
