基于ZigBee和PLC的温室监控系统的设计

     

摘要

Aimed at the problems of traditional monitoring system of greenhouse, such as high energy consumption, complex cabling and difficult maintenance, a solution for greenhouse monitoring system based on ZigBee technology and PLC is proposed. Taking the RF chip cc2530 as the core, the system constructs wireless data acquisition nodes and star network to achieve the collection of environmental factors in greenhouse such as temperature, humidity, light intensity, carbon dioxide concentration and to wireless transmission. The PLC is adopted as the main controller can adjust the greenhouse environment automatically according to the defined parameters and the data which transmit from the mast node. The host computer adopts the MCGS configuration software to monitor the whole PLC control system. The design methods of system hardware and software are fully described. practical application had shown that the system had the features such as:low power consumption, flexible networking and high reliability etc. the system can meet the needs of greenhouse monitor and control.%针对传统温室监控系统能耗高、布线复杂及维护困难等问题,提出了一种基于Zigbee技术与PLC的温室监控系统的设计方案,该系统以芯片CC2530为核心构建了无线数据采集节点和星形网络,实现了对温室内的温度、湿度、光照度、二氧化碳浓度等环境因子的采集和无线传输,作为主控制器的PLC按照预先设定的参数和从主节点传输来的数据对温室环境进行自动调节,上位机采用MCGS组态软件对整个PLC控制系统进行监控。详细阐述了系统软硬件的实现方法。经实际应用表明:该系统具有功耗低,组网灵活,可靠性高等特点,能满足温室控制的需求。
