The present invention relates to an industrial PLC interlinkage and smart factory facility remote-monitoring system using a powerline communication gateway. The industrial PLC interlinkage and smart factory facility remote-monitoring system comprises: a field device such as a sensor, a valve and a motor; an input and output device connected to the field device, converting an analog value generated from the field device into a digital signal, and transmitting field device data to a powerline communication gateway by using a powerline communication modem or serial communication or wireless communication; the powerline communication gateway converting the field device information received from the input and output device into an industrial protocol and transmitting the protocol to an SCADA system, an industrial PLC and an NGS server; the NGS server receiving smart factory-related data from the powerline communication gateway, the industrial PLC and the SCADA system and converting the received data into a protocol which can be interlinked with a system to be interlinked to transmit the protocol to a data center, an ERP MES and the SCADA system; a data center server receiving the smart factory-related data from the NGS server and converting the data into a DB and analyzing the DB information to predict malfunction and use the information as management data; and a follow-up service call center server interlinked with the data center server to receive and monitor state information of the field device and determine whether the device is malfunctioning, and enabling an equipment service provider to control the malfunctioning facility remotely if the device is malfunctioning. Therefore, the system is capable of lowering costs for follow-up services by repairing the field device through the powerline communication network.
