柴油机转速信号动态模拟电路分析与设计

     

摘要

In the laboratory debugging process of diesel next governor and control apparatus, it's necessary to simulate the engine speed signal. To meet the need for dynamic simulation of engine speed signal, a circuit design scheme is proposed based on transient circuit.in this paper. The circuit solved the surges and sags problem in startup and shutdown sections of traditional diesel engine speed signal simulation system, which is more in line with the gradient characteristics of real engine speed signal. Besides, it can also control the duty cycle and speed adjustment range of the speed control signal. The application shows that this circuit can simulate the dynamic changes of the engine speed signal realistically, which has a practical value.%在柴油机调速器、机旁控制装置的实验室调试过程中,必须模拟柴油机的转速信号。为了实现对柴油机转速信号动态模拟,本文提出了一种基于暂态电路的电路设计方案。该电路解决了传统柴油机转速信号模拟系统中起动和停机的过渡过程难以实现的问题,满足了柴油机起停过程中转速信号渐变的要求,实现了转速信号的占空比控制和转速调节范围的控制。实际应用表明,该电路能够真实地模拟出柴油机转速信号的动态变化,具有实用价值。
