一种电子同轴车钟系统的设计与实现

         

摘要

This electronic shaft system is based on motor drive technology, micro-controller technology and CAN bus communication technology of a kind of modern ship transport system. The telegraph in the system control unit, equipped with stepper motor, the control unit, high-speed through the CAN bus for data transfer between signals between each control vehicles clock synchronization and control of the switch. This paper presents an electronic shaft system is implemented, emphatically introduces the electrical control part of the design and implementation. And on this basis, the production product prototype is developed, the device has been put into use at present.%本电子同轴车钟系统是基于电机驱动技术、单片机技术和CAN总线通信技术的一种现代船用车钟系统。系统内的各车钟控制单元,分别配备步进电机,各控制单元之间通过高速现场CAN总线进行数据传输,实现各控制车钟之间信号的同步和控制权切换。本文给出了一种电子同轴车钟系统的实现方式,着重介绍了电气控制部分的设计与实现。并在此基础上,生产研制出了产品样机,目前该装置已经投入使用。
