This paper analyses the characteristics of the traditional grounding ways such as non-grounding system and arc suppression coil grounding system in order to overcome the defects and find out a more reliable and reasonable grounding technology.The electric parameters of the two traditional ways under the circumstances of single-phase grounding fault are analysed.Then a new neutral flexible grounding technology is discussed in this paper.The simulation results verify that the flexible grounding technology has significant advantages on the restraint of fault overvoltage,neutral point overvoltage and fault current.Therefore,the new flexible grounding technology is more reliable than traditional ways.In addition this paper analyses the influence factors by simulation examples.%为了克服中压配电网现有接地方式存在的缺陷,寻找更为可靠、合理的接地技术,分析了配电网中性点不接地、谐振接地等几种传统接地方式的特点,分析了其在单相接地故障情况下的各项电气参数,并在其基础上研究了一种新型的中性点柔性接地技术,通过仿真对比分析得出:与传统接地方式相比,中性点柔性接地技术在抑制故障过电压、中性点电压、故障点电流等方面具有明显优势,是一种更为可靠的接地方式,并通过仿真算例,分析了柔性接地技术的影响因素.
