基于STM32单片机的转速扭矩显示传输系统的设计

     

摘要

The outcome of this design is a multiple scale , high-precision system which is used to measure, display and transmit the speed torque. This system is based on the characteristics of JN338 type speed torque sensor. The speed and torque signals are real-time detected by speed torque generated by the sensor. Then the speed and torque of rotating equipment are calculated through signal processing and data operations so that they are displayed and transmitted. By tested the signal of rotation speed and torque produced by the JN338 sensor of rotation speed and torque which mounted on stepper motor , the test results and the expected goal is consistent. It can meet the requirements of tested design.%该设计是一款多量程、高精度的转速扭矩测量显示传输系统.该系统以JN338型转速扭矩传感器为基础,通过实时检测传感器产生的转速和扭矩信号,计算出转动设备的实时转速和扭矩,进而实现数据的显示与远程传输.经过检测安装在步进电机上的JN338型转速扭矩传感器产生的转速和扭矩信号,测试结果与预期目标一致.可以满足设计检测要求.
