基于CAE的轿车装饰板浇注系统优化设计

摘要

With the development of mould for the automobile panels, CAE was applied to design the runner system based on three design project decision, and then to simulate. The runner system meeting the requirement of production were designed to improve the quality of the product, shorten the molding cycle.%基于CAE技术,结合某汽车装饰板的开发,对浇注系统的3种设计方案进行模拟分析,设计出符合实际生产需要的浇注系统,提高了注塑制品的质量,缩短了开发周期.
