基于CAE技术的防爆电器插头注塑模浇注系统优化设计

     

摘要

利用CAE模拟软件Moldflow模拟了某防爆电器插头注塑模具的充填过程,逐步修改了设计方案,优化了模具浇注系统,从而提高了注塑产品的质量,缩短了开发周期,降低了生产成本。%The iflling process of an explosion proof electric apparatus plug injection mold was simulated by means of CAE software Moldflow,which helped to change the design scheme gradually and optimize the running system. Therefore,the quality of the injection molding products is improved,the development cycle is shortened,and the production cost is also reduced.
