往复走丝电火花线切割蚀除产物颗粒对放电加工的影响

             

摘要

分析了往复走丝电火花线切割加工中蚀除产物颗粒大小对放电的微观影响。设计了新型过滤系统,研究了蚀除产物颗粒大小对电极丝损耗、切割速度、工件表面质量及工作液寿命的影响。结果表明:蚀除产物颗粒大小在3~5μm时,加工效果最佳。此时,在相同切割面积下,电极丝损耗下降25%~50%,切割速度提高2%~12.4%,表面粗糙度值R a下降3.7%~12.6%,工作液寿命增加25%~50%。%The influence of different sizes of discharge debris on microprocess in HSWEDM was studied. In a new filtration system designed,the influence of which on process index such as wire wear,cutting speed,surface quality of workpiece and lifetime of dielectrics was studied. Results show that,the best size for discharge debris should be 3~5 μm,in which condition,for the same cutting area,wire wear decreasing by 25 %~50 %,cutting speed increasing by 2 %~12.4 %,surface roughness Ra decreasing by 3.7%~12.6%and lifetime of dielectrics increasing by 25%~50%.
