基于PIC单片机的往复走丝电火花线切割加工电源设计

         

摘要

At present,industrial frequency transformer is widely used in HS-WEDM power.The industrial frequency transformer is heavy,not convenient to regulate the output voltage,sensitive to the voltage fluctuation of grid and hard to integrate in the special control system.The hardware of WEDM power and the software of PIC MCU designed.The HS-WEDM power includes a DC high voltage circuit and a pulse main circuit.BUCK topology is used in DC high voltage circuit instead of industrial frequency transformer.The use of BUCK topology reduces the volume and the cost,improves the power stability.The transistor type impulse generator is used in pulse main circuit.The peak voltage,frequency and duty cycle of HS-WEDM power can be regulated digitally in software of PIC MCU.%往复走丝电火花线切割加工电源普遍使用工频变压器,其体积大,输出电压调节不便,且受电网电压波动影响,控制采用不可编程的模拟芯片,不便于专用控制系统集成.设计了一种带稳压调压的电火花线切割加工电源,其特点是采用BUCK降压式斩波拓扑结构的开关电源,取代了工频变压器,减小了体积和重量,提高了电源稳定性且降低了成本.同时,采用PIC单片机加触摸屏对电火花线切割加工电源峰值电压、频率和占空比等参数进行数字化调节,更便于控制系统集成.
