通过仿真分析与实验验证相结合的方法,对低频振动辅助电火花铣削加工间隙流场进行了研究。利用Fluent有限元软件对低频振动辅助电火花铣削加工间隙流场进行了仿真分析,得到冲液压力、工具电极转速、振动频率对流场内压力、速度、蚀除颗粒分布规律的影响,并通过实验得到验证,同时得到其对加工效果的影响规律。%The simulation analysis and experimental validation methods are adopted to make the researches on the gap flow field of low frequency vibration assisted EDM machining process. The impacts of flushing pressure,rotation speed of the electrode and the frequency of vibration on the gap flow field pressure,velocity,distribution of molten particles have been found by simulation analysis using the finite element software Fluent and validated by experimental results. Effects of flushing pressure,rotation speed of the electrode and the frequency of vibration on machining effects are also obtained.
