电容称重传感器迟滞非线性建模及实验研究

         

摘要

车载式电容称重传感器是以车辆的板弹簧为弹性体,其固有的迟滞非线性会影响称重系统的测量精度,因此本文讨论了传感器迟滞非线性的建模方法.在分析了车辆的板弹簧的结构和工作状况的基础上,基于改进的Preisach模型对电容称重传感器迟滞特性进行建模,同时给出了模型的数学公式和数值实现方法,并运用该方法对实际的电容称重传感器迟滞特性进行了实验研究,实验结果表明,该模型能够准确地逼近电容称重传感器的迟滞非线性特性,可以为传感器的迟滞补偿提供理论依据.%As the elastomer of capacitance weighing transducer, its inherent hysteresis nonlinearity can affect the measurement precision of weighing system. Therefore, the modeling method of the hysteresis nonlinearity of capacitance weighing transducer is discussed in this paper. On the analysis of the structure of the vehicle leaf spring and its working conditions, based on the extended Preisach model, the hysteresis characteristics of capacitance weighing transducer is modeled, mathematical formulas of the model and numerical method are also given, and using the method, some experiments are performed on hysteresis characteristics of actual capacitance weighing transducer. The result shows that the proposed model can approximate the hysteresis nonlinearity characteristics of capacitance weighing transducer accurately, and it can provide theoretical basis for hysteresis compensation of transducer.
