一种微机励磁控制器同步和脉冲放大单元设计

         

摘要

In order to simplify the hardware of the pulse amplification circuit and make pulse forming more reliable in excitation controller, a synchronization and pulse amplification circuit based on the digital signal processor(DSP) is proposed. By means of the compare unit and powerful calculating capacity of DSP, the synchronization and pulse amplification circuit is built up by using synchronization plastic circuit, pulse forming, phase shifting, pulse power amplification circuit and failure detection circuit. The advantage calculation capacity of DSP is used to ascertain the trigger angle of SCR quickly and influence excitation DC votage directly, then control the out voltage of generators. Test results show that this design method to be proved has a wide range of phase shift and high sensibility. At the same time the method has simple structure and excitation system has good control peffomance. It can be applied to excitation control of different synchronization generator.%为了使微机励磁控制器中脉冲放大单元硬件电路简单,脉冲形成更加可靠,提出了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)为工作平台的同步和脉冲放大电路.利用DSP具有比较单元和快速执行算法的优点,实现了由同步整形电路、脉冲的形成和移相、脉冲功率放大电路、脉冲故障检测单元组成的同步和脉冲放大电路,快速精确地确定可控硅的移相触发角,进而有效地控制发电机励磁直流电压,实现发电机端电压输出稳定.实验结果表明,这种数字移相触发器移相范围宽,灵敏度高,电路结构简单,安全可靠.该电路对励磁系统控制性能有显著的提高,可以推广应用于各种同步发电机的励磁控制.
