柔性控制技术在三相智能电能表自动化检定系统中的应用

     

摘要

This paper puts forward the automatic flexible testing idea to deal with the key problems such as the differences in appearance form and connecting terminals in the design and construction process of the smart polyphase electricity meters automation testing system. With the development of several key technologies such as flexible control and All-In-One meter loading pallet, the system allows meters with different appearances and connecting terminals to test in the same testing line. Running the mass and multitasking electric energy meter automatic test application, the system is proved that it can improve work efficiency of the metering center of the provincial power company.%  针对三相智能电能表自动化检定系统在设计、建设过程中所面临的诸如外观形式的差别、表尾接线方式不同等关键问题,提出了电能表的自动化柔性检定的设计思路。研发了基于一体化载表托盘、多重定位技术、柔性控制技术的三相智能电能表自动化柔性检定系统,实现了不同类型的智能电能表的共线检定,经过在省级计量中心大批量、多任务的电能表全自动检定的应用证明,系统能够有效提升检定的效率及成功率。
