基于双 ATmega128L 和 Zigbee 的电能质量智能诊断仪的设计及其应用

         

摘要

针对大用户低压侧配电管理和电能质量改善问题,设计了一种基于高档双 ATmega128L 型高速 AVR 和Zigbee 无线通讯协议的电能质量智能诊断仪,详细介绍了其硬件接口电路设计,硬件程序设计和其在改善电能质量中的应用,并通过现场试验验证了其可行性。利用 ATmega128L 丰富的片内资源和外围扩展电路,以及高精度同步瞬时采样芯片 MAX125,对现场信号进行同步采集,计算分析,实时显示,SD 卡存储和结果记录,再利用 Zigbee 无线通讯方式实现测量数据定时上传和上层系统软件实时进行电能质量分析,从而加强专线用户用电管理,有效提高电能质量,实现节能降耗。该仪器具有易便携、成本低、测量精度高、抗干扰能力强、易推广等优点,可有效满足专线大用户低压侧电能质量管理的需求。%Aiming at the problems of distribution management and power quality improvement for large electricity us-ers,a new design of power quality intelligent diagnosis instrument based on dual high speed ATmega128L and Zigbee is proposed in this paper. The corresponding hardware interface circuit design,hardware program design and applica-tion in power quality have been introduced,and its feasibility has verified by field test. High precision MAX125 and ATmega128L are used for data synchronous acquisition,calculation,analysis,display,SD card storage and results record. Moreover,Zigbee is used for uploading data which are used for the upper system software to make power quali-ty analysis. Thus it will strengthen the electricity management for users,improve power quality and save energy as well. The instrument has advantages of easy portability,low cost,high precision,strong anti - interference ability and be easy to promote. Therefore,it can meet the needs of dedicated large users’power quality managements effectively.
