基于前推回代三相潮流的低压台区理论线损计算研究

         

摘要

随着智能配电网的发展,低压配电网配置计量装置将越来越完善,为理论线损的准确计算奠定了基础,从而为制定节能降损措施提供了技术条件。首先,指出了目前常用的低压台区理论线损计算方法存在的问题;其次,在计量装置配置完善化前提下,提出了一种计及负荷波动、三相不平衡、低压无功补偿、单相/三相混合供电等情况的低压台区理论线损计算方法;最后,将所提方法应用于实际低压台区理论线损计算,能更为准确地反映三相负荷不平衡、负荷波动、低压无功补偿等因素对低压台区线损的影响,能更为有效地制定低压配电网节能降损措施。%With the development of smart distribution grid, meter devices configured for low-voltage power distribution are improving over time, which lays foundation for accurate theoretical line loss calculation and provides technical condi-tions for energy conservation and loss reduction. First, various problems in theoretic line loss calculation methods for low-voltage distribution areas are analyzed. Second, assuming that low-voltage distribution areas are equipped with e-nough meter devices, the paper put forward a theoretical line loss calculation method for low-voltage transformer areas, which considers affecting factors such as load fluctuations, three-phase load unbalance, low-voltage reactive power com-pensation and single-phase/three-phase/three-phase four-wire hybrid power supply. Finally, the proposed method is ap-plied to calculate theoretic line loss in real cases, and the calculation results can reflect more accurately the influence of load fluctuations, three-phase load unbalance, low-voltage reactive power compensation and other factors. Therefore, it is more effective for drawing up energy loss reduction measures for low-voltage distribution grid.
