Motion blurred image restoration is one of the key techniques of intelligent reading for meter.In this paper,we propose an adaptive blurred angle estimation method to detect the blurred direction effectively.According to polar accumulation value,this method judges choosing Hough transformation or Radon transformation adaptive to obtain the detection result of blurred direction.We also propose an improved Wiener filtering restoration method to achieve the automatic setting of constant,and restrain the ringing effect of the edge pixel.As the experimental results show that,the adaptive blurred angle estimation method can detect the motion blurred direction effectively,and the improved Wiener filtering method also gets the ideal restoration result,which avoid the ringing effect successfully.%运动模糊图像复原问题,是仪表智能读数的关键技术之一.提出了一种自适应模糊角度估计方法以有效地检测模糊方向,此方法根据极径累加值作为判断依据自适应地选取Hough变换或Radon变换获得模糊方向检测结果.提出了改进维纳滤波复原方法,实现参数的自动设定,并对边缘像素的振铃效应进行抑制.实验结果表明,自适应模糊角度估计方法有效地检测到了运动模糊方向,改进维纳滤波方法获得了理想的复原结果、避免了振铃效应的出现.
