水溶性半无机硅钢片漆的研制及应用

         

摘要

Taking the water-soluble semi-inorganic water-soluble resin without chromium and phenol as base materials and some kinds of inorganic particles with ef-ficient crystallite morphology and different particle size as fillers, both of which made the organic and inorganic components combined together very well, a new type of varnish for silicon steel sheet was developed. Performance tests proved that the water-soluble semi-inorganic varnish not only maintained the excellent heat resistance of the in-organic material, but also better flexibility and extensibility of the organic compound, enhancing the coating punching shear characteristic which has been successfully applied into the generator set up to 150 MW, effectively reducing the manufacturing cost of the generator products.%  以不含铬盐和酚醛的水溶性树脂为基体,采用具有高效微晶形态且粒径不同的无机粒子为填料,使有机组分和无机组分之间很好地结合在一起,成功开发出一种新型水溶性半无机硅钢片漆。性能测试表明该涂层既保持了无机涂层的耐热性能,又有有机涂层的柔韧性和铺展性,而且还增强了涂层的冲剪性能。该水溶性硅钢片漆已成功应用于150 MW及以下发电机组,有效降低了发电机产品的制造成本。
