1000 MW级两极汽轮发电机稳态负序能力分析

         

摘要

Based on the electromagnetic and heat trans-fer theory, distribution of the eddy current loss of rotor was calculated by finite element software, ANSYS Maxwell, a kind of electric-magnatic calculating software, while the electromagnetic heat coupling of negative sequence current was achieved on the integral simulation platform of Work-bench. Thus, the calculation result of temperature distribu-tion of rotor was obtained when 1 000 MW generator oper-ating under the static negative sequence current condition, to provide the numeric reference for design and operation of large-size turbine generator.%根据电磁学和传热学理论,使用ANSYS Maxwell有限元电磁软件计算负序运行时转子的涡流损耗分布,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件的集成仿真平台实现了负序电流的电磁热耦合,获得了1000 M W级发电机稳态负序运行下的转子温升分布计算结果,为大型发电机的设计和运行提供了数值参考。
