介绍了压水堆主泵屏蔽电机定子冲片制造的工艺过程,通过对定子冲片测试数据的分析,确定了最终的冲制方案和冲片在制造过程中冲制、涂漆、检测等具体工序.对实现主泵电机国产化具有重大意义.%Technological procedure for manufacturing stator punching of the screened motor in the main pump of pressurized water reactor was introduced. The final punch-ing program and detailed procedure of the punching sheets such as punch, coating and testing was determined through the analysis on the tested data, which was of great signifi-cance to realize the localization of the screened motor in the main pump.
