Three Gorges＇ units lead in the availability worldwide

The availability of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station's generating units reached 96.82% (92% given in international stipulation) in 2004. The total electricity generation of its 13 existing units amounted to 39.1588 TWh. Their service efficiency outstripped that of the world well-known Grand Coulee Hydropower Station.
