NewMarket Technology, Inc. and Worldwide Strategies, Inc. announced a non-binding letter of intent agreement for Worldwide Strategies, Inc. to acquire NewMarket Technology's Latin American operations. As a result of the contemplated transaction, NewMarket Technology would become the preferred majority shareholder of Worldwide Strategies. NewMarket's preferred majority position would not be convertible into the common stock of Worldwide Strategies.
