不同拓扑下的反激式光伏微逆变器研究

         

摘要

本文介绍了3种反激式微逆变电路拓扑,它们具有开关频率高、功率密度大、结构简单和易于控制的特点。通过对其工作原理及控制方法的分析与比较,明确了应用于光伏并网微逆变器产品设计中的要点和规则。仿真和实验结果表明:基于反激式变换器的电路拓扑可以实现较低直流电压向单相交流电压的逆变,转换效率高,电能质量好,在光伏微逆变器中具有良好的应用前景。%In this paper,three flyback-type photovoltaic(PV) micro-inverter topologies are discussed.These topologies are with the features of high switching frequency and power density,simple structure and easily controlled function.The key points and rules applying for the design of PV micro-inverter products are summarized and refined through analysis and detailed comparisons regarding the operating principle and the control strategy.The simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the flyback-type inverter circuit topologies can convert low DC voltage to single-phase AC voltage with high efficiency and good power quality,which shows good application prospects in the future.
