At present, due to over-exploitation and utilization of non-renewable resources such as fossil fuels, the energy crisis has become a worldwide problem. In this context, the inexhaustible solar received more and more attention. Photovoltaic is one of the main formal uses of solar energy. This paper expounds the advantages of micro-inverter systems and analyzes the design requirements of micro-inverter. This paper focus on the Module Integrated fly back Converter and make a design of it, the principal research concentrates on the topology of the main circuit, When the fly back converter works, it acts as both the role of the inductor to store energy, but also to achieve voltage conversion and electrical isolation. Duo to the parasitic of the oscillation of the leakage induction and switch, transformers, etc. The voltage of the drain-source will spikes high, which makes the switch voltage and current stress increase and large loss of the circuit.
