In the process of sintering hollow brick production, the moisture content of coal gangue powder directly affect its plasticity and the quality of products. For the current situation of the low automation level to add water of brick factory, the inaccurate control of raw material moisture content, large time delay of the process of adding water and nonlinear, we design an automatic control system to add water. The system is based on the modern control technology, the expert systems and PID control algorithm. It implements the closed - loop control of the " material tracking water, water tracking material" , so the moisture content of raw materials is precise controled and achieves good results.%在烧结空心砖生产过程中,煤矸石粉末含水率的多少直接影响其可塑性,影响了产品质量.针对砖厂加水自动化程度低,原料含水率控制不精确的现状,加水过程大滞后,非线性等特点,利用现代测控技术,并引入专家系统PID控制算法,设计了一套全自动加水控制系统.实现了“料跟踪水,水跟踪料”的闭环控制,使原料含水率得到精确控制,取得良好的效果.
