基于 ZigBee 的光伏板数据采集系统设计

         

摘要

In view of high energy consumption,high cost and tedious collection method for increasingly populated photovoltaic panels,a ZigBee-based data acquisition system is designed,using ARMprocessor as control core and CC2530 containing a ZigBee module of low power consumption as coordinator to set up a wireless network.Furthermore,temperature,voltage,current,light intensity and other data of the photovoltaic panel are collected with help of various data acquisition sensors.Experiment tests verify that this design can effectively solve such problems as complex wiring of the cable network,tedious collection method and difficult implementation in the process of photovoltaic panel data acquisition.Moreover,it has strong expandability,low cost,stable data transmission,big collection capacity,high speed,high efficiency and practicability.Therefore,it has good application value.%针对目前光伏板的应用越来越普及,但能量耗损大,成本高,采集方式繁琐等问题,设计一种基于 ZigBee 技术的数据采集系统, ARM处理器作为控制的核心,使用具有低功耗 ZigBee 模块的 CC2530作为协调器来搭建无线网络,同时配合各种数据采集传感器来采集光伏板上的温度,电压,电流和光照强度等数据。通过实验可以验证设计有效解决了光伏板数据采集过程中有线网络复杂的布线,采集方式的繁琐,不易实现等问题,同时具有很强的扩展性,成本低,数据传输稳定,采集量大,速度快,有效实用,具有很好的实用价值。
