一种洗衣机减振方法的设计

             

摘要

This article provides the design scheme of the washing machine to reduce vibration, the use of six axis motion sensor module of the fusion algorithm, the resulting linear acceleration and angular velocity, and the timeliness of azimuth Angle calculation, accurate motion trajectory of the washing machine vibration detection (three axis acceleration and three axis angular velocity), the amplitude of the detected in all directions and analyze the data, the data to the main control board, main control board through the analysis, part of the data to the motor control chip, controls the revolution and frequency of the motor, part of the data to control the size of the damping control chip, according to the size of the amplitude of all directions, to control the size of the damping force related direction, quickly reduce the washing machine vibration.%本文提供洗衣机减少振动的设计方案,利用六轴运动传感器模块的融合算法,所得到的线性加速度,角速度,以及及时性方位角度计算量,能精确检测出洗衣机振动的运动轨迹(三个轴的加速度和三个轴的角速度),检测出各个方向的振幅并对数据进行分析,将数据传给主控板,主控板经过分析,一部分数据转给电机控制芯片,控制电机的转数和频率,一部分数据传给控制阻尼大小控制芯片,根据各个方向的振幅大小,来控制相关方向阻尼力的大小,快速降低洗衣机振动。
