基于REFPROP高温热泵工质性能研究

         

摘要

This paper investigates the environmental performances and cycle performances of sixty-two kinds of re-frigerants containing carbon listed by REFPROP. The refrigerants can be applied to moderate and high temperature heat pump working fluid, which the highest condensation temperature is 90℃, are selected out. And it takes R152a and R134a as the main components of moderate and high temperature heat pump working fluid, and proposes two kinds of mixed working fluids, H1 and H2, which have zero ODP and low GWP. Comparing H1 and H2 with single working fluid, the results show that the comprehensive cycle performance of H1 is between R141b and R152a, better than R365mfc. The cycle performance of H2 is equal to R365mfc.%本文对REFPROP所列的62种含碳制冷剂的环境性能与循环性能进行逐一考察,筛选出可用于最高冷凝温度为90℃的中高温热泵工质,并用因冷凝压力过高而有使用限制的R152a,R134a作为中高温热泵混合工质的主要成分,提出两种具有零ODP与较低的GWP的混合工质H1、H2。对比H1、H2与单一工质的循环性能,结果表明H1的综合循环性能趋于R141b与R152a之间,优于之前表现最好的R365mfc,H2的循环性能与R365mfc相当。
