现场钢轨焊接接头平直度影响因素探讨

     

摘要

The rapid development of high-speed railway has placed high demand on welded joints of CWR,preliminary research about the quality of inner welded joints have achieved recent years,but how to effectively ensure the quality of outward appearance of welded joints face an important issue in CWR.Flatness,as an important factor to evaluate the quality of outward appearance of welded joints, its compliance is directly related to train running stability and ride comfort. In this paper,many measurement,tracking,tests of flatness have done in the new revised line by straight steel ruler measurement method. By the flatness of the joint statistical data and analysis,evaluation of flatness of the welded joint line,we analyze the impact of welded joints flatness factors of internal factors affecting the flatness,the way to control the flatness. Besides,the various factors on the flatness have been pointed out,it' s necessary to study comprehensive system of flatness of rail welded joint,in order to speed up development of high-speed,which on the development of speed and heavy duty welded to speed up economic development is important.%高速铁路的快速发展对无缝线路焊接质量提出了更高要求,近年来对各种钢轨焊接接头内在质量的研究已取得初步成果,如何有效确保钢轨焊接接头外观质量成为了当前无缝线路发展中的重要课题.平直度作为钢轨焊接接头外观质量的重要指标,其合格与否直接关系到列车运行平稳性及乘坐舒适性.在此采用直钢尺测量方法,通过测量、跟踪某新修线路焊接接头,对该线路钢轨和焊接接头平直度进行了大量测试,统计和分析接头平直度数据,评价了该线路焊接接头平直度情况,分析了钢轨焊接接头平直度现场影响因素,探讨了影响平直度内在因素的控制方法,定性指出各个因素对平直度的影响,提出发展高速铁路必须全面系统地研究钢轨焊接接头平直度,这对发展我国高速重载无缝线路以及加快经济建设具有重要意义.
