双丝焊送丝机嵌入式通信系统设计与实现

         

摘要

In the shipbuilding industry it is necessary that tens of meters lengthened control cable is used in electric welding machine because of the characteristics of the building berth welding. Usually the control cable consists of 10 or 9 cores between the welding power supply and the wire feeder. The control cable's core of twin-wire welding machine is more because it uses two wire feeders. Using the embedded system researching the control signal communication system between the welding power supplies and wire feeders, reducing the number of the control cable core from 11 to 5 will decrease the production cost, lessen the wire breakage failure rate,as well as,improve the production quality and efficiency,save energy and reduce consumption. So it possesses important practical significance. Moreover it also possesses important practical significance to multi-wire welding and other welding.%在造船行业中,由于船台焊接作业特点决定了焊接设备普遍使用几十米的加长控制电缆.通常焊接电源与送丝机之间使用10芯或9芯的控制电缆,而双丝焊机因为使用两台送丝机,所以控制电缆芯数更多.利用嵌入式系统,研制双丝脉冲焊接电源和送丝机之间的控制信号通信系统,将控制电缆由11根线减为5根线.焊接试验证明,该通信系统运行可靠,减少了控制电缆的芯数,既降低生产成本,又减少断线故障率,提高了生产质量和效率、节能降耗,具有重要的现实意义,且对于多丝焊及其他焊接作业同样具有实际意义.
