大型储罐倒装法施工罐壁板吊装装置的设计应用

摘要

As the development of the upsidedown construction technology of large storage,the sequence of tank shells installation is adjusted to putting the next plates in place after lifting the upper tank shells.But it is very difficult to put the next plates in place by crane in the traditional way.A kind of hoisting tool is designed to involve that problem and applied to lift plates with ease.%在大型储罐倒装法施工技术的过程中,为保证实现罐壁纵缝的全自动气电立焊,将罐壁施工顺序调整为先提升、后围板.但发现采用传统的吊车施工围板(吊装就位罐壁板)不利因素很多,如围板困难,操作不便,资源消耗严重.设计了储罐罐壁板吊装装置,解决了罐壁板围板中的难题,施工工效明显提高.
