轿车(两驱)后地板前段总成焊装夹具设计

摘要

以轿车后地板前段总成为对象进行夹具设计,应用CATIA软件设计三维汽车焊装夹具,通过计算、分析及软件进行干涉检查等方法保证夹具设计方案的优化和设计质量,同时,提高了设计效率,并实现夹具结构的合理化.%In this paper,the car rear floor front section is the object of fixture design and to design the fixture with CATIA,fixture design optimization and design quality are ensured by calculation,analysis and software comhined with other methods-At the same time,the design efficiency is improved and rationalization of the fixture structure is achieved.
