关于澄清电网谐波与电磁兼容的若干问题

IEC 61000-3-6《中压和高压电力系统中畸变负荷发射限值的评估》不是国际标准而仅是技术报告。根据电磁兼容和电能质量中电网谐波的有关基本概念,澄清当前在执行国家标准GB/T 14549-1993《电能质量--公用电网谐波》中出现的一些问题。%This paper explains that IEC 61000-3-6 is not an international standard but is only a technical report of type 3. Based on the basic concepts of electromagnetic compatibility EMC and harmonics of electric energy quality in supply network clarifies the questions emerged in the execution of the national standard GB/T14549-1993.
