火电厂厂级控制系统概念探讨

根据当前火电厂信息化和自动化技术的发展现状和趋势,提出了一个新的概念--火电厂厂级控制系统(Plant Supervisory Control System,PSCS).详细论述了火电厂厂级控制系统的定义和内涵及其形成的必然性、PSCS与SIS(厂级监控信息系统)的差异,以及由此将形成的新的火电厂全厂信息和控制网络结构.希望引起广泛讨论,以推动火电厂信息化和自动化技术不断向前发展,也希望能对SIS和DCS(分散控制系统)的开发以及应用技术开发商的产业发展有所帮助.%Based on the development and trend of the technologies for informatization and automation in fossil fired power plant, a new conception about plant supervisory control system (PSCS) was proposed. The ( Distributed Control System ) definition and content of the PSCS were discussed in detail. The difference between the supervisory information system (SIS) and the PSCS, and the network structure of informatization and automation in fossil fired power plant were expounded. The new conception can cause extensive discussion for developing informatization and automation in fossil fired power plant, and can offer help for the development of SIS, DCS (Distributed Control System ) and application software companies.
