摘要

东日本大地震及其引发的核危机给日本能源电力领域带来深刻影响.立足于日本的能源资源禀赋,结合其电源结构和电网发展的特点,系统分析了震后短期内日本电力供需形势及应对措施,并从一次能源、电源结构、电网建设等3个层面分析了中远期日本解决电力短缺、弥补核电缺口的可行途径.分析了日本核危机可能给世界核电发展、国际能源市场、产业链格局等方面带来的影响.%The East Japan earthquake and resulting nuclear crisis have a profound impact on the Japan's energy and electricity field. Based on the energy and resource endowments and the characteristics of power structure and grid development , the short-term power supply and demand situation after the disaster are systematically analyzed and related measures are suggested. Also, the long-term solutions to resolve the power shortage and to make up the nuclear energy gap are discussed from the aspects of primary energy , power structure and grid construction. Finally, the impact of the disaster of the disaster on the worldwide nuclear development , international energy market and industrial chain pattern are forecasted.
