不同标准锅炉热效率及其对发电煤耗率的影响

         

摘要

Based on different standards, the definition of the boiler heat efficiency and the corresponding standard coal consumption rate as well as the calculation results on the counter balance were analyzed. Taking a 300 MW thermal power unit for example, the calculation result shows that the difference in the counter balance calculation results for standard coal consumption rates of power generation based on the boiler heat efficiency by different standards is about 2 g/(kW.h). So it has a bad influence on evaluation of operation economic level for thermal power plants- Some reasonable suggests were given to help the operation economic level evaluation for different thermal power plants.%基于不同标准,分别对其规定的锅炉热效率和相应的发电标准煤耗率定义方法进行分析,并对各标准反平衡计算结果进行分析.以某300 MW火电机组为例进行计算.结果表明,基于不同标准规定的锅炉热效率得到的反平衡发电标准煤耗率相差将近2 g/(kW·h),从而影响到对火力发电厂运行经济水平的正确评价.给出合理评价不同火力发电厂运行经济性的建议,为正确评价不同火力发电厂的运行经济水平提供参考.
