以某热电厂300 MW燃煤供热发电单元机组为例,首先介绍了单元机组的组成及热网系统的工作流程和主要监控参数通过分析热网负荷逻辑中存在的测量供热蒸汽流量不准确的问题以及对单元机组协调控制系统的影响,给出了更改计算热网负荷逻辑的方案,并在新的计算逻辑中增加热负荷的变化率和大小值限制 修改完善后的热网负荷逻辑在实际运行当中效果良好,单元机组在热网系统投入运行后的整体性能同样稳定,达到了提高机组安全性和经济性的目的.%The 300-MW coal-fired unit plant in a eogeneration power plant is taken as an example to show the components of a unit plant.The workflow and main monitoring/control parameters of heat supply networks are also introduced.By analyzing the inaccuracy in heating steam flow measuring in heat load logic and its impact on the coordinated control system,an updated scheme on heat load logic calculation is proposed,including the heat load changing rate and its upper and lower limits.The new logic works well and the overall performance of the unit plant keeps stable after the heat supply network being put into operation.The security and economics of the unit plant get improved.
