基于 V94.3A 型燃气轮机加速度不稳定状况研究与分析

         

摘要

In the process of gas turbine operation , sometimes the phenomenon of unstable acceleration in chamber combustion could be found .Taking V94.3A gas turbines for instance and by testing as well as scientific approach , it is concluded that the opening of the compressor IGV , fuel of the combustion chamber and measuring point fault factor and so on are the reasons of unstable combustion acceleration .According to practical experience and theoreti-cal research , the method for treating the typical failure such as increasing acceleration and malfunction is explored in this paper .The method provides a reference to the operation , maintenance and research of the same type of gas-steam combined cycle unit.%燃气轮机运行过程中, 有时发现燃烧室燃烧加速度不稳定现象. 针对V94.3A型燃气轮机, 采用试验和总结方法, 得出压气机IGV开度、 燃烧室燃料和测点故障等因素是燃烧加速度不稳定状况产生原因. 依据实际经验和理论研究, 探索加速度增大以及误动作等典型故障处理方法. 为同类型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组运行、 检修和研究提供借鉴.
