基于IEC 61850的智能变电站过程层故障诊断

         

摘要

The process level is the key part of an IEC 61850 based smart substation,and a fault occurred in the process level could have direct impacts on data acquisition and delivery as well as the reliability and prompt operation of the protective relays and circuit breakers concerned. Hence,it is very important to quickly diagnose so as to promptly clear the happened fault in the process level,and this is the key problem to be addressed in this paper. The importance of the process level in the architecture of a smart substation is first clarified. Then, taking intelligent terminals, merging units and fiber optic links as the subjects of research, the possible reasons and risks associated with a fault in the process level are systematically analyzed,and a fault diagnosis method is presented. Finally, an actual fault is served for demonstrating the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed approach.%过程层是以IEC 61850为基础的智能变电站分层体系的核心部分,其发生故障会直接影响全站数据采集和传输以及保护和断路器运行的可靠性与动作的实时性,因而快速诊断故障以便及时清除就非常重要.首先论述了过程层在智能变电站体系结构中的重要性.之后,以智能终端、合并单元及光纤链路为研究对象,对过程层发生故障的可能原因与风险进行了比较系统的分析,在此基础上提出了过程层故障诊断方法.最后,采用实际故障案例说明了所提出方法的可行性与有效性.
