广域后备保护智能跳闸策略研究

         

摘要

As the invalidation of IED(Intelligent Electronic Device) or the failure of communication network will decrease the selectivity of wide-area protection,an intelligent trip strategy is proposed for it. The fault detection is carried out for the backup protection zone formed by two primary protection zones around the measuring point which loses information. If a fault is detected,the breaker of the measuring point is tripped through the communication network of the wide-area protection system. The fault detection is then carried out separately for two primary protection zones and the boundary breaker of the primary protection zone with intemal fault is tripped. It effectively avoids the action failure of the primary protection zones related to the measuring point which loses information,as well as the improper action of the backup protection zone.Analysis shows that,the proposed intelligent trip strategy with an additional breaker trip and fault detection improves the selectivity of the wide-area backup protection significantly.%为应对智能电子设备失效或通信故障等原因造成广域保护选择性降低的问题,提出一种广域后备保护智能跳闸策略.该策略先判断以信息缺失测量点为边界的2个相邻主保护区所形成后备保护区是否发生故障.如果有故障,则通过广域保护系统通信网络跳开该信息缺失测量点处的断路器,然后分别判断2个相邻主保护区故障情况,根据判断结果仅跳开发生内部故障的主保护区边界断路器.这将有效地避免信息缺失测量点相关的主保护区拒动,从而后备保护区动作使其所包含的多个主保护区全部停电的情况.分析表明,提出的故障判断与纵续跳闸相结合的智能跳闸策略,通过仅增加了有限的一次断路器跳闸时间和一次故障判断时间,提高了广域后备保护的选择性.
