变压器油中溶解气体实时在线监测系统的研制

         

摘要

A Mai-time online monitoring system of gas dissolved in transformer oil is designed,which includes 3 palls:oil-gas separation,mulliple gas detection and control system. Teflon film and optimized oilgas eircuit are applied to achieve the sampling period of 1 hour per time,the SOFC(Sefld Oxygen Fuel Cell)is introduced to micro-gas detection to achieve the least detectable density of 0.1μL / L.the dual chromatogram bar is used to achieve the mfiiple gas detection per channel,and the ARM and DSP are adopted to achieve the secure communications with the MIS(Management lnformation System) and the remote monitoring center at the szme time,as well as the real time fault tracing. The experiment and site operation show that the syesem has high detection accuracy and high performance pfice ratio.%设计了一种新型的变压器油中溶解气体实时在线监测系统.系统由三部分组成:油气分离、多组分气体检测和控制系统.在油气分离部分,通过采用特富龙膜和优化的油气回路设计,实现了1 h/次的脱气周期;将固体氧化物高温燃料电池(SOFC)引进到微量气体检测,取得的气体体积分数为0.1μL/L,通过与色谱双柱连用实现了多组分气体的单通道检测;控制系统采用ARM和DSP,实现了与电力信息管理系统(MIS)和远程监控中心的同步安全接入,并可实时进行故障跟踪.实验与现场运行证明,该系统具有实时检测、高精度和高性价比的特点.
