X 带有故障自诊断系统的高频SPWM交流调速变频器的研究

摘要

介绍了专用PWM集成电路MA818的性能特点及其与80C196KC单片机相结合组成的高频交流调速变频器。该变频器采用智能功率模块IPM作为主开关元件，具有完善的保护功能和故障自诊断功能。实验结果表明，变频器的硬件和软件设计合理，工作可靠性高。%A high frequency transducer for AC speed requlating based on PWM IC MA818 and SCM80C196KC is proposed. Its main switch element is the IPM (intelligent power model). Perfect protection and fault self-diagnosis are provided. Experiment results show that the design of hardware and software is reliable and stable.
