蚁群算法在PWM驱动系统EMC建模中的应用

         

摘要

针对功率开关管在高速开关过程中所产生的共模传导电磁干扰的问题,建立准确的高频电磁兼容模型.通过采用具有正反馈机制的蚁群算法进行等效电路参数的智能搜索和全局优化,再结合等效电路的H函数和阻抗分析仪的测试结果,可以得到最优的等效电路模型.通过仿真分析与阻抗分析仪的实验结果进行对比验证,结果表明,在整个电磁兼容频段内,蚁群算法确定等效电路对应仿真阻抗的变化走势再现了实测阻抗.通过电路仿真软件对系统共模传导干扰频谱的仿真分析与线性阻抗稳定网络的实验输出结果进行对比验证,结果进一步表明,蚁群算法进行等效电路参数的优选提高了高频等效电路模型的准确性,为共模电磁干扰的抑制提供了有力的模型依据.%Power switch produces strong common mode conducted electromagnetic interference caused by high-speed on-off process. Ant colony algorithm which has positive feedback mechanism for intelligence search and global optimization of parameters was applied. Combined with H function of equivalent circuit and the test result of impedance analyzer, optimum equivalent circuit was obtained. Then the comparison result between simulation impedance and experiment impedance was obtained by impedance analyzer which took on harmony that proved equivalent circuit determined by ant colony algorithm were accurate in whole electromagnetic compatibility ( EMC) frequency. At last, the common mode conducted interference comparison was made between simulation result obtained by circuit simulation and experiment result obtained by line impedance stabilizing network. The results show that the ant colony algorithm improves the correctness of circuit model. This model could provide a powerful basis for suppression of common mode electromagnetic interference.
