磁障转子无刷双馈电机运行特性及实验研究

             

摘要

In order to investigate the magnetic coupled performance of brushless doubly-fed machines(BD-FM), a magnetic barrier rotor structure of BDFM with simple structure and good performance is pro-posed. A 6/2 poles numbers and rated power 5 kW brushless-fed reluctance machine with magnetic barri-er rotor was designed by ansoft software. The characteristic of operation for BDFM with magnetic barrier rotor was analyzed. On these bases, the open-loop experiment of variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) for BDFG with magnetic barrier rotor was realized. The theoretical analysis and experimental study show that the performance of BDFM with reluctance rotor can be effectively improved by adding magnetic barrier properly in the rotor core, and the machine can keep the same advantages of simple structure and low cost as that of the normal reluctance rotor.%针对普通凸极磁阻转子无刷双馈电机的转子耦合能力差、效率低的问题,提出一种结构简单、性能良好的磁障转子结构,设计了额定功率为5kW、6/2极的转子带磁障的无刷双馈磁阻电机,运用有限元法分析了转子带磁障无刷双馈磁阻电机的电动和发电运行特性,在此基础上,对转子带磁障的无刷双馈电机进行了变速恒频发电的开环实验。理论分析和实验研究结果表明:适当在转子铁心中加入磁障,可以有效改善转子带磁障的无刷双馈磁阻电机的性能,同时又保留普通凸极磁阻转子结构简单和成本低廉的优点,为今后设计大功率磁障转子无刷双馈磁阻电机提供有价值的参考依据。
