五相内置式永磁同步电机硬件在环实时仿真平台的实现

         

摘要

针对车用五相永磁电机构建了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的硬件在环(HIL)实时仿真平台.在FPGA中建立采用定点与单精度浮点相结合的电机驱动系统数学模型,构建半实物电机系统;将其与dSPACE控制器连接,组成HIL实时仿真平台.将实时仿真结果与MATLAB/Simulink离线仿真对比,对比结果说明HIL平台不仅能实现对控制器硬件与软件的在线实时测试,而且在仿真精度上更加逼近车用电机的实际工况.%A hardware in loop (HIL) real-time simulation platform based on field programmable gate array( FP-GA) for vehicle used five-phase IPM motor was constructed. A motor drive system mathematical model used fixed point and single floating point data format in FPGA was built. A semi-physical motor system was constructed, which connected to dSPACE controller to form a HIL real-time simulation platform. The results of real-time simulation on the HIL platform were compared with that of MATLAB/Simulink simulation,which indicated that the HIL platform not only could real-time test and verified the hardware and software of controller, but also its simulation accuracy was more approximated to the real vehicle motor condition.
