多相永磁同步电动机调速系统建模与工程实现

     

摘要

在分析多相永磁同步电动机(PMSM)调速系统特性的基础上,对其建模过程进行了详细阐述.在此基础上,搭建了六相PMSM基于磁场定向控制的双闭环调速系统仿真模型.探讨了多相PMSM调速系统工程实现的一些问题,设计了采样、保护、故障处理等硬件电路和中断处理、故障诊断等软件部分.仿真结果证明了该系统建模和算法的准确性,并对工程实现上的硬件电路进行了设计.%The modeling process of multiphase PMSM variable speed system was expressed in detail based on analyzing the characters of system. Furthermore, the two closed loops control modulation system for the six phase PMSM based on field oriented control were established. Some engineering problems for multiphase PMSM variable speed system also have been discussed, and the circuit of sampling, protection, and fault disposal were designed,moreover, the software of interrupt handling and fault diagnosis were designed. Finally, the simulation result proved the veracity and feasibility of modeling and algorithm above. The hardware circuit was also designed.
