在分析永磁同步电机矢量控制理论的基础上,针对当前工业数控系统高功率密度的发展需求,提出了一种新型的多轴交流伺服驱动控制系统设计方案,给出了软硬件的具体实现方法。系统采用DSP+FPGA的体系结构,运用集中控制及分层处理的设计思想,集数据采集、数据处理、智能控制及网络通信等功能于一体。试验结果表明,系统具有体积小、实时性好、精度高、可靠性高、动态响应快等优点。%Based on the model of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the theory of vector control, aiming at the development demand of current industrial CNC system for high power density, a multi-axis vector controlling permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system was presented based on DSP and FPGA,and the realization method of hardware and software was introduced . The servo system has all the functions of data sampling,data processing, intelligent control and communication. The experimental results show that the system has advantages of small size, nice response, control precision,real-time, high reliability and excellent dynamic response.
