Since a certain amount of pulsatility remains in blood flow because of ventricular pumping, LVADs work under a pulsating load, which causes speed fluctuation in the motor and subsequently harms the efficiency of a LVAD and blood flow pattern. A speed closed-loop control method aiming to suppress speed fluctuation caused by pulsating load has been designed for an example LVAD. Simulation and experimental results showed that speed fluctuation was effectively reduced under pulsating load, improved the performance of the LVAD.%由于心室搏动产生的脉动流使得左心室辅助装置工作在脉动载荷下,导致电机转速会发生周期性波动,进而影响泵的效率和血液流动特性。针对左心室辅助装置设计了转速闭环控制方法以抑制脉动载荷引起的转速波动。仿真和试验表明在脉动载荷情况下有效地降低了转速波动范围,改善了左心室辅助装置性能。
